Miyakawa Ai (宮川愛) is a Japanese pop singer. She also played Sailor Chibi Moon from 1994 - 1995 in the Sailor Moon musicals or Sera Myu.

Information

Miyakawa Ai got her break in show business when she passed the audition for the Nakayoshi Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon contest, which won the part to play Chibimoon in the musical in 1994. Five years later, she went to participate in the soundtrack for the popular video game BUSTAMOVE2.

Miyakawa started her career as a singer in 2000 when she release her first album, i, on a indies label under the name i. She took a small break in 2001 to focus more on her high school entrance exams. She later came back and released her first single since the hiatus in 2006, entitled Here I am!.
