"Gangnam Style" is PSY's tenth digital single and later was included on his sixth album, PSY 6 Gap Part.1. The music video for the song features 4minute' member Hyun A. PSY become the first Korean artist to op the US Music Video iTunes chart after "Gangnam Style"' music video went viral on Internet. The music video was linked/reposted by various international artists like Robbie Williams or Katy Perry, television channels and even performed by Nelly Furtado in one of her concerts.

One month after launching "Gangnam Style" in YouTube release a new version of the music video, the new version is performed mainly by Hyun A featuring PSY, was released as the female counterpart of the song. The digital single was release in iTunes with the name "Gangnam Style (Hyuna Version)".
