"Rhythm to Rule" is Shinohara Ryoko's 11th single but first and last one with the label EMI Japan. The title track was used as the theme song for the dorama Obaachama, Kowachatta no?. The single reached #63 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for two weeks, selling over 6,000 copies.
