Shining Tears is the 3rd sngle released by Hoshi Soichiro. The tracks were used as the opening and the ending song of the SEGA game: wikipedia:Shining Tears. The songs were later used in the anime adaptation as well. The single reached #32 on the Oricon weekly charts, which was reached on its third week. The single was charted for total of 10 weeks, selling 23,645 copies. This is his best selling single to date.
