"Tougenkyou / Lights, Camera. Action!" is HALCALI's tenth single and fourth single under Epic Records. This single is the first double a-side release for HALCALI. "Tougenkyou" was written and produced by HONESTY, who first worked with HALCALI on the "Ongaku no Susume" track "Densetsu no Futari". This track is described as HALCALI's first 'rock tune with a full band'. "Lights, Camera. Action!" is the opening theme song for the anime "Getsumen To Heiki Mina". First press came with stickers. The single charted for three weeks, and peaked at #87.
