D=OUT (ダウト) is a five piece Japanese rock band in the visual-kei scene. The band formed in December of 2006 under the concept of Patriotic Entertainers. They are an indies band, signed to the label SPEED DISK, and are currently being distributed by Geneon Universal Entertainment.
