"Shirahata Sengen" is the second single released by D=OUT. It is their first release to have label-backing, having signed with independent label SPEED DISK sometime after the release of their debut single "Heisei Bavel". This was released in two different versions, an edition available only through purchasing it at live venues and another available only though retailers. The live venue edition comes in tall casing. This is a limited release having only 1,000 copies. The single reached #18 on the indies Oricon chart.
