Rouman Doumyaku-teki Chabangeki is the second mini-album released by D=OUT. This is the second entry in a two consecutive month mini-album release plan, the first entry being Rouman Joumyaku-teki Chabangeki. Both of these releases are in the CD+DVD only format and also feature the band's first PVs. All of the tracks on the mini-album have been previously released. Track #1 was the first track from their third single "Barairo no Jinsei". Track #2 is a new recording of the second track from their debut single "Heisei Bavel". Track #3 was their SHOXX magazine distributed song released in early 2008. Track #4 was the third track from their second single "Shirahata Sengen". Track #5 is a new recording of the second track from "Barairo no Jinsei". The mini-album reached #244 on the major Oricon chart, where it charted for a week.
