Arc is a Japanese rock band of the visual-kei variety. The band was formed on April 1st, 2003 as an oshare-kei band called Arc ~Otona ni Naritakunai Kodomotachi~ and for the first two years the member line-up was unstable. From April 2005 on Arc have had a stable line-up, and six months after that they would release their debut single "Miseinen no Shuchou".
