"Fuyumeku / Hana no Ato" is the fifteenth single released by Hitoto Yo. The first press limited edition of the single features an additional song, "prologue3". The main track is the image song for the TV show "Sukkiri!!" and for the TV music show "JAPAN COUNTDOWN" during January of 2010. "Hana no Ato " is the theme song for the movie of the same name while "Saikoro" is the insert song for the movie "BANDAGE". "Top Of The World" is the CM song for the fragrances "Kaori Tsuduku Top".
