"Fuyumeku / Hana no Ato" is the fifteenth single released by Hitoto Yo. The first press limited edition of the single features an additional song, "prologue3". "Fuyumeku" was used as the theme song for the TV program Sukkiri!! and for the TV music program JAPAN COUNTDOWN during January of 2010. "Hana no Ato " was the theme song for the movie of the same name while "Saikoro" was the insert song for the movie BANDAGE. "Top Of The World" was used as the commercial song for the fragrances "Kaori Tsuduku Top". The single reached #42 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 4 weeks.
