The first disc contains footage from her premium acoustic tour '09 produced & performed by Takebe Satoshi x Kobayashi Takeshi concert held at Tokyo Kousei Nenkin Kaikan while the second disc contains footage from her Hitoto Yo with Tokyo Philharmonic Koukyogakudan concert held at the Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall. The DVD reached #44 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 2 weeks.
