LOEN Entertainment (로엔 엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean record label under the SK Group of Companies. The label also distributes music of some of the other entertainment agencies in South Korea. It was originally founded in 1978 as Seoul Records (서울음반). In 2008 the company founded the digital music store Melon. LOEN states that its vision is to be South Korea's leading entertainment company and its mission is to make customers happy designing entertainment lifestyle.
In August 2012, all the artists signed with LOEN moved to the new branch label LOEN TREE. In December 2013, LOEN acquired 70% of shares from the label Starship Entertainment, making Starship a subsidiary from LOEN.
In 2014, the company rebranded LOEN Music as 1theK.
