Needless Lyrics is a Japanese rock band, formed by 3 former ACID members with a new vocalist.

History
At the end of 2008, ACID lost 2 members; vocalist Junpei and guitarist Masamitsu. The remaining 3 members decided to stay together as a new band with a new vocalist.
