"NEVER REBELLION" is the second single released by Phantasmagoria. It was initially released on June 1st, 2005 in CD+DVD only format. The DVD is of a live clip from their FIRST TOUR with Moonlight Revival which took place on from December 7th to December 18th (2004) hitting four stops, and from January 10th to January 18th (2005), hitting three stops. A month after its first released, "NEBER REBELLION" was released again as a CD only format. It is a FOOL'S MATE magazine special edition and it comes with a new version of "fairy times memory". This is a limited release having only 5,000 copies. This is also the first release to feature Matoi as a member. The single reached #83 on the major Oricon chart, where it charted for two weeks.
