"Black-Veil Before Christmas ~2006.12.17 LAFORET MUSEUM ROPPONGI~" is the fourth live and eighth overall DVD released by Phantasmagoria. It was during the first encore that Riku announced that both Iori and Matoi would leave the band on February 23rd, 2007. They would both come back on April 29th, 2007 for the finale touring before the "sealing" of the band and KISAKI's retirement on August 31st, 2007. It was all short lived as Phantasmagoria had some activity before their one-day revival live on Auagust 31st, 2008, and announced that they would be expanding in activity in December of 2009. This is a limited release having only 5,000 copies. This is also the second entry in a three consecutive release plan, the first being the single "Vain" and the last being the PV DVD "Gen'eizou V ~under the veil~".
