"REINCARNATION ~Gen'eizou Kanzen Ban~" is the sixth PV and 11th overall DVD released by Phantasmagoria. It is a best of the PVs released in the "Gen'eizou" DVD series. The first pressings grants five live performance clips from the "Gen'ei Bijinkan" lives with Vidoll and a trading card. This was released on the same day as the best of albums REQUIEM ~FLORAL EDITION~ and REQUIEM ~FUNERAL EDITION~. The DVD reached #178 on the Oricon chart, where it charted for a week.
