The trio disbanded when their contract was up but it is rumored that they will regroup and release an album soon. All three of them are signed under different management agencies: Bada is under UuongJinKoWare Entertainment, Eugene is under PFULL Entertainment, and Shoo is still under SM Entertainment.

S.E.S stands for the first letter of all three singers name: Sea (Bada), Eugene, Shoo.
