Information

In October 2009, Shion announced that she would be going on hiatus due to health problems; a polyp was discovered in her throat following a visit to the hospital after having some problems with her voice during rehearsal for her "Truth" release live.

On December 10th of 2009, Shion's apartment was searched (in relation to a different case) and she was arrested after police officers found 3 milligrams of the drug ketamine. According to a statement released by the police, Shion admitted to the charges of possession and use.

On the 15th of February 2010, Shion was sentenced to one year's jail, which was suspended for a total of three years. During the trial, Shion stated she attempted suicide due to her belief that because of the polyp in her throat, she would never be able to sing again (and thus her career would be over). While she has been dropped from her label, crying, she said she still wanted to sing.
