Shirushi is Mr.Children's 29th single. Shirushi was used as the theme song for the dorama 14 Sai no Haha. It reached #1 on the Oricon and sold 553,500 copies, making it the #7 best-selling single of 2006, though it had only been released two weeks before the end of the Oricon year. It also sold 186,580 copies in 2007, becoming the #28 single of that year. This single charted for 28 weeks and sold a total of 740,080 copies.
