tears cyclone -Sei- is the eighth studio album released by KOTOKO. The album, celebrating her 15th major debut anniversary, was released in two versions: a limited CD+Blu-ray edition and a regular CD edition. The song "Sei -metallic tears-" was used as lead track for the album, while "Asu e no Namida -timeless tear mix-" is a remix cover of the song of the same name sung by Kawada Mami.
