The Blowing is the third Korean mini-album released by HIGHLIGHT. It was released in 3 versions: a BREEZE version, WIND version and GUST version. "Bureoonda (NOT THE END)|Bureoonda (NOT THE END)" was served as a lead track. It was their first release after three-year hiatus because of the members mandatory military service and also marked the group's first release as a quartet.
