Touch Me, Seiko is Matsuda Seiko's fifth best album. While her first best albums contained mostly A-sides, this album features only B-sides (with the exception of "SWEET MEMORIES" and "Eighteen", which are second A-sides). The album was re-edited in 1987. It reached #1 on Oricon charts.
