the HIATUS is a Japanese alternative rock band, currently signed to the label NAYUTAWAVE RECORDS. The band was formed by Hosomi Takeshi, from the now defunct rock band ELLEGARDEN. Their debut album, Trash We'd Love, released under FOR LIFE MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT, reached #1 on the Oricon weekly charts and sold 157,086 copies.
