It was used as the theme song for the anime PV for the book of the same name. The song was originally announced with the working title "Boku ga Kimi no Soba ni Iru Riyuu". The song reached #3 on the Japan Viral 50 Chart on Spotify. Along with Spotify, the single was also released on iTunes and Recochoku.
