CANNONBALL is the third photo book and third album released by Hirako Risa. The photo book is divided into three parts: "CANNONBALL", "My Music My Song", and "Risa's Music Style". The CD portion of the release is a mini-album, featuring five English language tracks. The CD also marks Hirako's return to the music industry after a 13 year absence. The CD was produced by avex trax. Because it is primarily a photobook, it was not included on the Oricon charts.
