Enomoto Kurumi (榎本くるみ) is a Japanese singer-songwriter signed to FOR LIFE MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT music label. She is best known for her singles "Bouken Wakusei", used as the ending theme song for the anime TALES OF THE ABYSS. The single was produced by Fujiwara Motoo, lead vocalist of the band BUMP OF CHICKEN. Another known single is "RAINBOW DUST" which was the drama Sweets Dreams theme song.

In August 2002 Enomoto debuted under the name Kurumi (くるみ) with the indies single "Moeru Taiyou", which was released for sale in six Tower Records stores. Four months later, Enomoto would debut under Sony Music Japan with the single "Maboroshi", produced by US producer Meech Wells. This song would be featured as the Space Shower "POWER PUSH" highly promoted song for December 2002. Despite neither single charting on Oricon charts, Enomoto would release a second Sony single produced by Dr. StrangeLove bassist Negishi Takamune entitled "Color Ningen". Enomoto would continue with Sony until late 2003.

In late 2005 Enomoto returned to the music scene with an indies single, "Yasashii Uta wo Utaitai", which was released six months prior to her second major debut under FOR LIFE MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT with the ballad-single "Kokoro no Katachi". A month prior to this, Enomoto featured on the cover of music magazine BARFOUT!. She was the first artist to be featured on the cover who had not officially debuted yet. Three months later saw the release of a second single, "Uchiage Hanabi".

Originally Enomoto's third single was planned to be a double A-side titled "Aisubeki Hito / Doubt", but this was later changed to "RAINBOW DUST". "RAINBOW DUST" was used as the drama Sweets Dream's theme song. The single debuted at #99 on Oricon singles charts, Enomoto's highest position yet.

"Aisubeki Hito" would be later released in March 2007. The song itself was one taken from Enomoto's indies single. After the single's release it was used in an online drama titled Music + Drama. In May 2007, Enomoto released her debut album NOTEBOOK I ~Mirai no Kioku~.
