"Fairytail" is the third major single (fourth overall) released by Sangatsu no Phantasia. It was released in three versions: a limited CD+DVD edition, a regular CD only edition, and a limited CD+DVD anime edition. The title track was used as the ending theme for the anime OVA Demi-chan wa Kataritai. The jacket illustrations were done by bob.
