FLAME VEIN is the debut indie album released by BUMP OF CHICKEN under High Line Records. On April 28th 2004, the album was re-release under the major label TOY'S FACTORY and includes an extra-track called "Battle Cry". The original release of the album reached #77 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 19 weeks. The re-release of the album reached #16 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 128 weeks, selling 209,024 copies.
