"Furi Furi '65" is the 27th single released by Southern All Stars. It was released in three formats: vinyl, 8cm CD and cassette. It was their last single to be released in LP format until 1996, when they were once again released in this format. The title track was used as theme song for the TV show Yume de Aetara. The single reached #2 on Oricon charts, and charted for 22 weeks. As it sold 167,440 copies in 1990 it became the #72 single of that year.
