GIRL is Miyawaki Shion's first full album. It was released as her re-debut through avex. All 14 tracks are brand new. If ordered through Tower Records, the album contained a bonus DVD with the PV for Kono Sekai de Omou Tatte Hitori no Hito. A download-only karaoke track version of the album was also released on December 21st, 2016. The album did not chart on the Oricon weekly charts.
