Greatest Hits is the first best album released by Sukima Switch. All the songs were re-mastered for the album release. First press edition comes housed in a special package. The album reached #1 on Oricon charts, and charted for 42 weeks. As it sold 644,231 copies in 2007 it become the #10 album of the year.
