Himitsu is Uehara Azumi's sixth single, and her first after her three year hiatus. Starting with this single, Uehara's work began favoring rock over the previous pop sound she had before the hiatus. It is also her first to be released in both CD+DVD and CD only editions. It reached #40 on the Oricon charts, charted for two weeks and sold 4,773 copies.
