"Kiseki / Natsu Kage / Sanagi" is the 18th single released by Suga Shikao. "Kiseki" and "Natsu Kage" were used as the theme song and ending for TV Asahi's program Natsu no Koshien Touitsu while "Sanagi" is the theme song for the movie xxxHOLiC Manatsu no Yoru no Yume. The single reached #9 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for eight weeks. It sold 50,650 copies in total.
