"Kokoro Film" is the second major and fifth overall single released by ALvino. It was released in two CD only versions, having two different cover designs. The regular jacket edition comes with anime sticker and the anime jacket edition comes with a photocard. The title song was used as an opening theme song for the anime Top Secret ~The Relevation~ and the May opening theme song for the tvk program Ongakukan. The single reached #67 on the Oricon charts, where it charted for a week.
