LOVE & CARNIVAL is the eighth studio album released by angela. It was released in two editions: a limited CD+Blu-ray edition and a regular CD only edition. Many of the songs were used for anime series and films. Several tracks were used for the anime series Soukyuu no Fafner -EXODUS-: "DEAD OR ALIVE" as the second opening theme, "Horizon" was as the second ending theme, and "Aisuru Koto" was used as a special ending theme for episode 17. "Kishi Koushinkyoku" was used as the theme for the anime series Sidonia no Kishi Daikyuu Wakusei Sen'eki, while "Ai, Hito Kakera" was used for the film. "KIZUNA" was used as ending theme for the final episode of K RETURN OF KINGS. "Jump up!" was used as ending theme for the radio program angela no sparking! talking! show!.
Oricon Chart Positions
The album reached #4 on the weekly Oricon chart and the album continued to rank for five weeks, selling a total of 9,185 copies. It also became the #454 album of the year #2016.
