NUDE MAN is the fifth album released by Southern All Stars. The 2008 reissue was released as a limited edition housed in a digipack. The original release sold around 696,000 copies in 1982, becoming the #3 album of that year; As it also sold around 270,000 copies in 1983, it also became the #25 album of that year. The 1998 reissue reached #64 on Oricon charts, and charted for 2 weeks. The 2008 reissue reached #89 on Oricon charts, and charted for one week.
