"Rie who!?" is the debut single released by Rie fu. The singles title is a play on words, seeing as the Japanese pronunciation of fu sounds similar to the English word who. Track #1, "decay" was used as a radio single to promote the single (there was also a music video released).
The single reached #53 on the Oricon charts and stayed on the charts for a total of ten non-consecutive weeks. In all, the single sold a total of 11,942 copies.
