"Sakura Rock" is the fourth single released by CHERRYBLOSSOM. The single was released in two editions: a limited REBORN! edition and a regular edition. Even though this is the band's third single released in both formats, this is their first single to contain different tracks between the versions. The title track was used as the tenth ending theme song for the anime series Katekyo Hitman REBORN!; it was used from Target 115 to 126. This is the band's third single to have a tie-in with the REBORN! series.
The single reached #12 on the weekly Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of seven weeks. This is currently the band's highest charting single.
