"SANCTUARY ~Minori Chihara Best Album~" is the second best album released by Chihara Minori. The third disc contains 14 songs selected by fans through her special 10th anniversary website. The album comes with a new song, "Joyful Flower", which was used as lead track. The album reached #9 on the Oricon weekly charts, charted for seven weeks, selling 14,664 copies.
