Seitai Jigen Kuiki Minerva is the fourth mini-album released by Lolita 23q. It is their first release with current vocalist Soshi and is also the first on their new label Twenty Three Tribe. This was released in a CD+DVD only format, coming with the music video for the mini's main promotional track "GALACTIC WING" along with a special making video of the mini-album's jacket shooting and recording. The mini reached #107 on the Oricon weekly charts, where it charted for a week.
