Shugyoku to Himitsu no Kouen is the 11th overall DVD released by Plastic Tree. It was released on the same day as their eighth best of album ALL TIME THE BEST. The first DVD is the Shugyoku DISC, a collection of live performances taken from previously released material. The second DVD is the Himitsu no Kouen DISC, a set of 10 live songs taped on January 30th, 2009 at NHK Hall as a part of Plastic Tree's 2009 winter tour Utsusemi (which was used to support and promote the album of the same name).
