"smile" is a charity single released by the special unit Twenty★Twenty. It was released as a CD+DVD only, and only available for purchase until December 31st, 2020. All the incomings from the sales of this single were donated to support for the 2019-20 coronavirus medical care. The song was written by Sakurai Kazutoshi from Mr.Children specifically for Johnny's artists, making this their first collaboration.
