"STEP" is ClariS's 10th major label single (11th overall). The single was release in three different versions: a limited edition CD+DVD , a regular edition CD only and a limited pressing edition CD only. The title track was used as the second opening theme for the anime Nisekoi. The same day was release the TV MIX version as digital single.
