Step One is the seventh studio album (sixth major label album) released by lecca. The DVD comes with the music videos for "Right Direction", "Familia!", "Jammin' the Empire" and "INFORMER", as well as off shot footage. Those who purchase both this album and its lead-in single "Right Direction" can get a serial number through a special website for a chance to attend one of lecca’s album release events. The album reached #7 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 10 weeks.
