- Information
sympathy is the debut studio album released by Takahashi Hitomi. The album was released in two formats: a regular CD only version, and a limited CD+DVD version. Both versions of the album use the same cover art. Takahashi worked with many collborators on the album instead of having one solid producer. Her biggest collaborator on the album was lyricist mavie, whom she co-wrote five of the songs with. The album track "Yakusoku" was used as the ending theme song for the Japanese television program THE SUNDAY. The album reached #10 on the weekly Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of seven weeks.
