"Tooi Machi no Dokoka de..." is Nakayama Miho's 23rd single. The song was used as the theme song for the Fuji TV dorama Aitai Toki ni Anata wa Inai... which Nakayama played the main character Ohki Miyoko. It would later be covered by various artists like Takano Chie and Marilyn Martin. The single reached #3 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for 15 weeks, selling over 673,000 copies. It also reached #42 and #49 on the yearly Oricon charts for 1991 and 1992 respectively.
