"tsukihana" is the 12th single recorded by Kitade Nana. It is Kitade's last single with Sony Music Entertainment and her last single before her solo hiatus. The song was used as the opening theme for the third season of the anime Jigoku Shoujo. The limited edition come with a special Jigoku Shoujo straw doll. The single reached #27 on the Oricon charts, charted for 4 weeks and sold 5,798 copies.
