"Witches" is Nakayama Miho's 14th single. The song helped Nakayama the Grand Prix Award at the 1988 FNS Kayousei. It was also performed at the 1988 Kouhaku Uta Gassen. The single reached #1 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for 15 weeks, selling over 314,000 copies. The single also reached #98 and #36 on the yearly Oricon charts for 1988 and 1989 respectively.
