Pre-Debut

On May 25, 2025, Yang Hyun Suk published an official announcement video titled "BLACKPINK, BABYMONSTER, TREASURE, AND UPCOMING ROOKIES | YG ANNOUNCEMENT" on its blog. The video stated that YG will begin revealing practice footage of the group members starting May 28th. Yang noted that, just like BABYMONSTER's pre-debut period, fans will get to watch the new group train and perform in unedited practice videos. He encouraged viewers to judge their talent based on what they see and hear directly.
